When I saw the cute little Bunny Sprinkles at Walmart, I just knew I had to make something with them. I’m sure every one has seen or heard of saltine toffee, Christmas crack, Christmas crack toffee. Whatever you want to call it. You take saltines or graham crackers, pour some butter and sugar over it then melted chocolate chips and it is so good. I have always wanted to make it, but always held off. I’m not sure why because it is so easy to make! And instead of saltines or graham crackers, I used Golden Grahams cereal. And since I used Easter sprinkles and colors, we have Easter Toffee Candy!

Equipment needed/recommended
- I recommend and use these Nordic Ware cookie sheets
- These silicone utensils are so handy and clean up so easily!
- 2 quart saucepan
Some helpful tips and notes
- If using candy melts or other chocolate chips for drizzling, use a silicone spatula to scoop into ziplock baggies. Then just cut a hole in the corner to drizzle over your toffee.
- You can use nuts, sprinkles or any kind of candy you want on the top.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Or you can freeze for up to 2 months. Just lay a sheet of parchment paper over each layer.
Ingredients needed to make this Easter Toffee Candy
- Golden Grahams cereal
- White chocolate chips
- butter
- brown sugar
- candy melts
- sprinkles
Now the quick and easy steps
First, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then take your cookie sheet and line it with tinfoil. Then spray the tinfoil with cooking spray.
Next, take your Golden Grahams cereal and spread it on the cookie sheet. It’s okay if it’s not flat, and some cereal is layered up on each other.
On medium heat, add your butter and brown sugar to your saucepan. Once the butter is melted, bring to a boil and then lower heat and allow to boil for 5 minutes. You do not need to stir it while it’s boiling. Just let it go.
After 5 minutes, remove from heat and pour evenly over the Golden Grahams on the cookie sheet.
Put cookie sheet in preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on the white chocolate chips. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Take a knife or spatula and gently spread the white chocolate over the cereal. It’s okay if you have a few gaps here and there.
Now melt your candy melts in separate bowls in the microwave for 15 minute intervals until melted. Using a silicone spoon, put the melted candy melts in a small ziplock baggie. Cut the tip off the corner of the baggie and drizzle over the white chocolate. Repeat with remaining melts you’re using. Sprinkle on your nuts, sprinkles or whatever candy your using.
Let cool for about 10 to 15 minutes on the counter, then put in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the melts to set.

Easter Toffee Candy with White Chocolate and Bunny Sprinkles
This Easter Toffee Candy is so easy to make and such a cute addition to your Easter Table
Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 2 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup candy melts (per color)
- 1/2 cup sprinkles, nuts, or candy for topping
Instructions
